The Beggining of Rapp Music

In the early 1970, the worker in America was almost black man. They had complaint to their boss about their salary, but they didn't have braveness to tell it. So they put their complaint in a fast speech, and gave some music into it. Then it become popular, and spread to other place near America. That is why, now we see that many rappers in America, almost all, are  black men.

Rap music at the beggining was used to talk in stylistic manner about the protest movement. The first rapper was H. Rap Brown. Rap was used to describe talking on records as early as 71s, on Isaac ayes album "Black Moses".

Unique Marriage Culture Around The World

Everybody n this world will get married. Now I would like to tell you marriage culture in 4 traditions.
1. In Roma (or Gypsies), the brides have incorporated some sort of leap over a broom into their wedding traditions. Enslaved men and women would declare their union by jumping over a broom together.A broom leaning on a wall.
2. In Jewish weddings, the groom crushes a glass under his foot at the end of the ceremony. Some hold that the broken glass is a reminder that joy should always be tempered, with wedding guests calling out "mazel tov!" (good luck!) after the glass shatters.

3.Traditional Zulu weddings are marked by vibrant colors and dance-offs between the bride and groom's families. The unique thing is, the groom's family slaughters a cow to welcome the bride and the bride places money in it stomach to symbolize that she is a part of the groom's family now.

4. Russian grooms have to work hard for their brides. The groom come to the bride house to ask for his beloved. The bride's friends and family refuse him until he pays up in gifts, money, jewelry or simple humiliation. Grooms are forced to do silly dances and other silly things until the groom impresses friends and family and allow him to meet his bride to be.

How Pretty Are They?

Hi everybody. First I'll say happy Kartini's Day to all of the women in Indonesia which we celebrate every year on 21 April. Kartini is not only known for her beauty but also her dedication, especially dedication which have great impact in the emancipation of women.

R.A. Kartini ( source: www.wikipedia.co.id )
Each of us looks at beauty from a different perspective. Appearance often acts as a benchmark in seeing someone at the first meeting. For example: admiration for Korean artists who were thin, have slanted eyes, and sharp nose. It is inviting effect on the society. In fact, many Korean women want to be beauty as their idol by doing plastic surgery. In Indonesia, it is also important to have a good body. Therefore after pregnancy, women usually wear Stagen or we called “gurita” and then wrapped around the body, to suppress stomach and large waist after pregnancy. Although it hurts, they still do it in order to get a great body back. Kayan women in Thailand have their own beauty term. A woman is called beautiful when she has the long-necked. Therefore, they put necklace -like neck ring- in the neck of their daughter.  The neck ring is applied to more and more depend on their age so their necks become longer.

In Mauritania, fat woman is a man’s dream. To get the fat body, every mother over there gives her daughter fatty foods and dairy. Because too much eating, the children vomit, but instead were given more.
Well friends, I think (and almost certainly of you agree with this) we all know, we often hear that true beauty comes from inner beauty. Physical appearance is to be considered, but don’t forget the inner beauty. Useless when you have a beautiful face, but often insult others. Whatever the terms of beauty in your country, just be yourself. If your attitude to others is good, people will accept you, even more than the “beautiful” women out there. If you work hard, you can be better than Kartini maybe. Who knows? :)

Soccer And American Football

I am really sure we all know this game, soccer. Yes. The most favourite and famous sport in the world that can be the influence to people around the world to play this sport. Everybody like this sport. And we can play this everywhere. It is easy to play. And of course i love this sport too. I will not write about the rules or anything else about this sport, but i would like to tell you about another famous sport that as famous as like soccer. It’s AMERICAN FOOTBALL. This is an extreme sport. Why? Because we must have the strong and a big body to play this. Just not like soccer that everybody can play this sport, but the most important to play american football is a strong body. We can’t play this sport with a weak body, because if we get a tackle, we will getting seriously injured. So we must have the basic in this sport.
(AMERICAN FOOTBALL FIELD)
Can you count the audience there???  Just like i told you before, this game was as famous as like soccer too, right? But, in indonesia, this sport really really sheldom to find. Because there is no stadium or field to play this sport. I understand why the indonesian government’s not support this sport because the american football use violences to play it. So that’s why this sport not too populer in indonesia. But, there are many people like this game even they can’t play it. They like to watch it from TV or internet. I think, they like to watch this sport because the sport is challenging. And it’s really really challenging sport in the world. Do you wanna to try it? Just prepare yourself before you try it.

Baby Sitting

BABY SITTING is how we caring for a child. There are so many ways how to baby sit the child. In good ways or bad ways neither. I write about this because in every countries have their own culture/ways for caring children. I think i've interested this story because they really have the different about how to baby sit from us, indonesian cultures. A little example is about sleep at night. In indonesia, the new born children always sleep with their parents in their parents room. But, in another country, like united kingdom/england, the new born children have their own rooms. So they sleep alone in their rooms. But, the parents usually put a CCTV or a sound detector for to know the condition of their children.
And the behave that another country always do are narrate a fairy tale and kiss the children's forehead before they getting sleep. I think that is a romantic behave that parents do to show that they are really really love their children. Meanwhile in indonesia, the parents always do "nepuk nepuk pantat" or "timang-timang" before the the children getting sleep. I think that's funny. So, that's why we are so different with another countries about how to baby sit the child. Why this behave is on us? this behave from our great-grandmother who cause this behave/cultures to us. We can't say that is a bad way or bad behave too. Because i believe, they do that to make us to be an useful human in the future. Whatever is it, we have to thanksful to them all.

Megamall

Do you know this place? I sure you have already know. Yes, this is MEGAMALL. the place where we can buy good things. There are so many people come to that place  for eat, shopping, playing game, watching movies and many else. And i think in every countries have megamall too. But they're mall might be different with our mall in indonesia. Megamall always crowd everyday. Indonesia have many mall in every cities but the debt never be settled. How ironic if the government aware about it. But they are never care about it, and they just always think about their own self.

Sometimes i go to megamall just for eat with my family. there are so many places to eat. And i often get into gramedia bookstore only for seeing beautiful girl. That's strange i think but i'd love to do it. I can get fun with all of my friends there. Megamall was my place where i can released my tired. if got a badmood, i always go to the megamall to refresh my brain for a while. It can makes me feel more calm after.
And this is one of the example inside the megamall

The body needs place for channeling energy. We moved every day not only because of the obligation, but a necessity. Imagine if we don’t move anywhere and just sleep all day. Our body won’t fresh and can get sick. Talk about move, we are closer to talk about dance. we have to match our body and music when we dance, whatever it is modern or traditional dance. There’re Hip-hop, street dance, and ballet in modern ways. Every natios all around the world have their own dance. In Indonesia we have Saman Dance, which I think as complicated dance I’ve ever seen.
Saman Dance (Source: Pelita Online)
History of dance was began since a long time ago.
Expert belief that dance was did to ceremony, ritual, celebration. They also told a myth by dance. Before the written language was exist, dance was one of the methods of telling stories from generation to generation. Indian have a needs of dancing. Like we often watch on their film, Indian always dance for several times. They like to move around and sing together. It’s awesome. It’s not like the usual dance that have many kinds of movement but the dancers only turn their selves. Because of that circle, their blooming dress rise beautifully.
Sufi Whirling (Source: Wikipedia.com)
Beside Indian, Turkey’s people also have their own dance. It’s called Sufi Whirling.
They spin so in several minutes, even hours, without getting tired. it makes a lovely gesture to be seen. Even though it seems quite easy to do, but certainly not as easy as you think. Here are some dance that I found. All of them i got in : m.theweek.com

Cossack Dance - Russia
