Unique Places Around the World

Hi there. How are you? Hope you always enjoy your time. This time, I also want to show you some unique places in the world that I choose for you for your enjoyment if one day you want to have a traveling around the world.

1. Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in southwestern Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. It is located in Turkey's Inner Aegean region, in the River Menderes valley, which has a temperate climate for most of the year.

2. Vale Da Lua, valley of the moon and was given that name because the erosion of the rocks by the river has left them smooth, and in shades of gray similar to the look of the moon. The valley has some of the oldest rock formations in the world, with an estimated age of 1.8 billion years old. The river has created caves, grottoes, waterfalls and bizarre rock formations, to form a labyrinth in the narrow canyon walls.

3. Lake Baikal is the freshwater lake with greatest volume in the world, containing roughly 20% of the world's unfrozen surface fresh water,^[4]^[5] and at 1,642 m (5,387 ft),^[1] the deepest.^[6] It is also among the clearest^[7] of all lakes, and thought to be the world's oldest lake^[8] at 25 million years.^[9] It is the 7th largest lake in the world by surface area.

4. The Eye of Africa, Mauritania, Found in the middle of the Sahara Desert is a deeply eroded bowl, over 24 miles in diameter. The natural formation is so impressive that for a long time, scientists believed it was the site of an asteroid impact.
